Will my ad appear in a specific position?
The adverts will appear in this order, from the top, going down: Platinum, then Gold, then Silver.

Do all adverts include a link to my business website or Facebook page?
Yes.

If I would like a specific image or logo that isn't on my website, how do I send it over?
Please send it/them to advertising@sydneysuburbsonlinenews.com.au.

Do all the adverts include a Feature article?
No. Only by subscribing to a Platinum package will a feature article be included.

What is a feature article?
A feature article will be an article we publish and promote to our local readership featuring your business. Once you have subscribed to the platinum package, we will be in touch to discuss the content.

When will the feature article publish?
If you subscribe to the monthly Platinum package, it will publish between 90 and 120 days after your first subscription, assuming 3 consecutive monthly payments have been made for the subscription. After 6 months of consecutive monthly payments, this will reset and another article will be due after another 90-120 days (i.e., after 9 months of continual monthly subscription).

If you subscribe to the annual Platinum package, it will publish either within a month of subscription or around a date to suit your business (e.g., to coincide with a specific event). We cannot guarantee specific dates due to publishing commitments. However, we can generally target a date within a week or so given plenty of notice.

Can I change the advert once it is published?
Yes, the advert can be changed. For example, a different image, logo or slogan can be used and/or it may be set to link to a different URL. Changes cost $50. If you would like to create a change to your ad, please send an email to advertising@brisbanesuburbsonlinenews.com.au stating clearly the changes and including any files like images or logos to be used.
