FoxFit Redfern Rebrands as The Rep Club, Keeping Its Women-Only Focus

On Eveleigh Street in Redfern, a familiar women’s fitness studio has entered a new chapter. FoxFit Redfern has rebranded as The Rep Club following a move away from the FoxFit franchise arrangement, with founder Lauren Younan using the change to reshape the business around a broader mix of training, recovery and community-focused programs.

The women-only focus remains, but the studio itself has evolved. For women living and working around Redfern, the shift creates more ways to use the space depending on how they want to train, recover or connect with others nearby.

A Broader Fitness Model Takes Shape

Strength and HIIT remain part of the timetable, joined by boxing, mat Pilates and mobility.

Boxing classes include Box and Sweat and Box and Strength, while mobility sessions incorporate guided stretching and breathwork. The expanded timetable gives members options across higher-intensity training, strength work and lower-impact movement.

Female personal trainers also provide one-on-one coaching in 30- or 45-minute sessions, with programs that can include strength and conditioning, boxing and Pilates-inspired movement.

Open Gym sessions add another layer of flexibility by allowing members and casual users to book unsupervised access to weights, treadmills, Pilates mats and other equipment outside scheduled classes and personal training sessions.

Sauna bookings have also been introduced as part of the studio’s recovery offering, extending the ways people can use the facility beyond a traditional group workout.

Creating More Ways for Women to Take Part

One of the more locally relevant additions is a Mums and Bubs mat Pilates class, which allows participants to bring young children with them. For parents who may find it difficult to organise separate childcare around exercise, the format provides another way to stay active while remaining close to their children.

The studio also runs a student discount program, widening access for younger women living or studying around Redfern and surrounding suburbs.

Together with casual classes, class packs and Open Gym access, these additions create different entry points for people who may not want or need the same type of membership or training routine.

Building Community Beyond the Workout

The studio is also extending its role beyond scheduled fitness sessions through a Run Club, monthly challenges, retreats and events. The two-room studio can also be hired for private team workouts, birthdays and hens parties.

Commercial hire is available for campaign shoots, television advertisements, influencer events and brand activations. Selected bookings can accommodate mixed-gender groups, although the studio’s regular fitness offering remains women-only.

In an inner-city neighbourhood such as Redfern, local fitness spaces can become regular meeting points as well as places to exercise. Programs that encourage people to return, participate together and build routines around the same venue can help strengthen connections between members.

A New Identity, Still Rooted in Redfern

The rebrand has brought a new visual identity, website, photography direction and social media presence, replacing much of the former FoxFit branding.

The Rep Club now centres its identity around three stated values: repetition, representation and reputation.

Memberships continue alongside casual access. The Unlimited Group Fitness Membership costs $65 a week with a minimum six-week commitment, while the Unlimited All-Access Membership costs $85 a week and includes designated Open Gym access, unlimited sauna and recovery use, member rewards and discounts on workshops and events. Single group classes cost $35, with class packs also available.

Despite the change in name and direction, the studio remains at its Eveleigh Street premises.
