Monster Jump returns to the Showring at the Entertainment Quarter in Moore Park for the July school holidays, bringing a 280-metre inflatable obstacle course packed with more than 30 challenges for kids, teens and adults.
The giant inflatable school holiday favourite sets up at 122 Lang Road, Moore Park from 4 to 19 July 2026, running daily from 10am to 4pm. Located right alongside the Sydney Cricket Ground and Allianz Stadium precinct in Moore Park, the venue is a short trip from Redfern via South Dowling Street or the direct L2 light rail link.
Monster Jump has built a loyal following across Sydney for good reason. The course takes participants through climbing walls, dark tunnels, sky-high slides, bounce zones and enough obstacles to burn off a full day’s worth of school holiday energy. The whole thing runs 280 metres and features more than 30 individual challenges, making it a proper workout dressed up as pure fun.
What you get at the Showring
The Entertainment Quarter location offers the original Monster Jump obstacle course experience. Two-hour sessions run from 10am, with staggered start times at 10am, 11am, midday, 1pm and 2pm. The last session wraps at 4pm. Tickets are available at the gate on the day, but sessions regularly sell out in advance, so booking online beforehand at monsterjump.com.au is strongly recommended.

Ticket prices at the EQ site are straightforward. A two-hour Obstacle Course Pass for anyone aged five and over costs $30. The Toddler Pass for children under five is $45 and includes one accompanying parent or carer on the course at no extra charge.
Children under five cannot go on the course unaccompanied. For those who want to make a full day of it, the All Day Super Pass is $55 and gives unlimited access to the obstacle course for the entire day.
Spectators enter for free, so there is no reason the whole family cannot come along even if only some of the kids are jumping.
Getting there and making a day of it
Socks are required on the inflatables and shoes or bare feet are not permitted on the course. There is a covered shoe zone on-site to store footwear before you enter. Bring sunscreen, a water bottle and comfortable clothes. They are available to purchase at the gate if you forget.
Monster Jump operates in light rain but may pause or close during severe weather or strong winds. Check the Monster Jump Facebook page for any weather updates.
Getting to the Entertainment Quarter from Redfern is straightforward. The Moore Park light rail stop is a five-minute walk away, just a 5-minute trip from Central on the L2 or L3 lines, or a 25-minute walk via Devonshire Street. Drivers get two hours free parking in the 2,000-spot multi-storey car park, while rideshares drop off on Errol Flynn Boulevard.
Before or after the jumps, the EQ precinct offers a full range of dining options including Fratelli Fresh, El Camino Cantina, Mary’s EQ and Jamaica Blue, so there is no shortage of places to refuel the troops.
Book tickets and check session availability here. Arrive around 30 minutes before your session to collect wristbands and get through check-in without a rush.
